BioniX associate itself with the palilist files ('BIO' files). This means that the wallpaper cycler will start automaticaly if you doubleclick a BIO file. BioniX Wallpaper has in adition to the well known tile / stretch / center functions, 2 new smart functions: * smart stretch (if some of your pictures are bigger than your desktop size, BioniX will make them fit without cutting) * smart tile (if some of your pictures are tiny, BioniX will tile them). The images from the playlist are displayed by the wallpaper changer randomly / shuffle or continuously. great program. runs in background and allows lots of pictures even in the trial version (300) 
it's really very good experience.my only suggestion to add some more natural sceneries to make that better. 
it is really easy to use with a friendly interface. also, the fact that it is free is a great bonus. I prefer this program much more so than some of the other including easywallpaper. I really have nothing negative to say 
At first I thought this program was exacty what I needed to make my vista background less boring. But there was one problem: this program does not let you resize the photo's to fill the screen. And I wanted to use some of my own photo's, but some aren't the right size and the optimal fit option left grey bars to te side of some of the photo's I am using. I therefore switched to another (freeware) program that does allow the "resize to fill"-option.
